Take I-64 East to Exit 19B (Air Mobility Drive/US 50 East).Turn right on US 50. Go 2.6 miles to Belleville Street. Turn left on Belleville Street and end at 1015 Belleville Street, Lebanon, IL.  Total time from St.Louis, 30 minutes/25 miles.
